Police arrest suspect after multiple vehicle thefts (The Kansas City Star)
Prairie Village police Saturday arrested an apparent vehicle thief who knew a lot about stealing but not much about getting away. Sgt. James Carney said his department was working with officers in two other police jurisdictions to sort out a string of vehicle thefts that crisscrossed State Line Road.
