Kansas City, Missouri Police are investigating a deadly shooting on its east side. A witness said a man walked up to a car and started shooting around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at N. Belmont & St. John. It happened outside the Belmont Plaza Apartments. Police are looking for a white man about 5'8" wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
